At the origin, a "magnanerie" (place where ... les vers à soie), La Bruguière is composed of two main
"Mas" and the mazet of "Uncle Jacques".
The large house was built between 1640 and 1682 on an ancient tower probably from the eleventh century. The small house
was at the origin the agricultural dependence and was built at the nineteenth century.
The Mazet, history says it was the house of "Uncle Jacques" between 1639 and 1683
and became a horse stable.
La Bruguière was completely renovated between 1970 and 1986 in respect of local traditions. Brought from Nimes and Pompignan, the floors and stones are
all from the fifteenth and eighteenth century.
